In a quiet location on the west side of Istria, we are building a high-class tourist villa in an idyllic environment of approx. 200 m from the coast, which stands on a total of approx. 15,000 m2 of land. Completion of construction is planned for spring 2021.

The facility will be used for renting and organizing various events. The project will cover all the necessary infrastructure for an above-standard holiday or for the implementation of events. The building is located in the hinterland of Dajla near Novigrad, separated from the compact settlement, in nature and in a quiet environment.
